How to get "View Resource Distribution Chart"

Could you tell me How to get esxi performance like "View Resouce Distribution Chart" in Cluster summary tab?

I have a problem in DRS.

My discattion link is "ESXi realtime performance chart don`t show in vCenter 5.1a"

I want to detect this issue.

So I want to check performance infomation is correct.
