Actually by editing the *.vmx file, I was able to resolved it.
pciPassthru0.msiEnabled = "FALSE"
Adding that line and changing the one integer to the actual card itself, for every card I was passing through fixed it. It is explained quite a ways down this post. ATLAS My Virtualized unRAID server
